- We don't sell your data or log your name or birth details.
- Want it gone? Email us your report link and we'll delete it.
A summary to help you read. The full text below is what applies.
Astroast is built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts and no login.
What we store
- The first name you enter.
- Your birth date, birth time (if given) and birth city, with its coordinates and timezone.
- The birth chart we calculate and the roast generated from it.
- Whether the full roast was unlocked, and a payment reference from our payment provider.
We don't ask for your email, surname, phone number or exact address. We don't store card details: payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we store it
So your report keeps working at its link, so you can unlock the full roast, and to handle refunds. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising profiles.
Who processes it
- AI provider (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude): receives your first name and computed chart to write the roast. On free tiers, the provider may use submitted content to improve its products.
- Open-Meteo: receives the city name you type, to find its location.
- Database and hosting (Neon, Vercel): store and serve your report.
- Payment provider: processes payments for the full roast.
Your report link is the key
Anyone with your report link can see it. Links are long and random, and reports are hidden from search engines.
Logs
Our servers may briefly keep technical logs (like IP address, for rate limiting and abuse prevention). We don't log your name or birth details.
Deleting your data
Email astroastapp@gmail.com with your report link and we'll delete the report.
Age
The site is for people aged 18 and over.
